Active worlds is a wonderfully interactive Chat and Build 3D virtual environment.  "Citizens" can build and even OWN their own worlds.  I happen to have purchased my own world and have named it BUDVILLE.   Not sure exactly what my plans are for it.....but I'm having fun figuring it out...:)  To look in on what i've begun to create, all you have to do is download the "Active Worlds" 3D Web Browser......it's FREE!   To download it just click here:

This download is approx. 1.5 meg and takes just a few minutes to install.  Follow the installation instructions that you'll find on the Active Worlds Home Page.

After downloading and installing your 3D Web Browser, just click on the "world tab" on the left side of the browser window.  You'll see a list of "online" worlds ready for you to explore.  Follow the list down to the world called "BudVille", and click on it!  Within a few minutes you'll be viewing my 3D world creations!  Below you'll see some images from BudVille.   Feel free to explore the whole world....not much there compaired to Alpha World, THE FIRST and LARGEST open building world of them all!!!
